Scheme Amendment No. 3 – Omnibus Amendment to Local Planning Scheme No.5
The City of Subiaco invites you to have your say on proposed Scheme Amendment No. 3 - Omnibus Amendment to Local Planning Scheme No. 5 (LPS 5) (Omnibus Amendment).
A Local Planning Scheme is a statutory document that defines the way land can be used and developed. A Local Planning Scheme amendment modifies the scheme text or map.
The proposed Omnibus Amendment:
- includes a number of minor amendment proposals to the LPS 5 scheme text to resolve a range of minor administrative matters; and
- does not consider any zoning or density changes.

You can view a copy of the omnibus amendment:
- In the Document Library
- A hard copy at Level 2, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco, City of Subiaco Administration, between 9:00am and 4:30pm; and
- A hard copy at the Subiaco Library on the Corner of the Bagot Road and Rokeby Road during business hours.

Comments should clearly indicate the name and address of the person making the submission and the omnibus proposal to which the submission relates.
