388 Council Chambers and Customer Service
In the early hours of Tuesday 6 September 2022 a fire broke out at the City of Subiaco Administration Centre at 241 Rokeby Road, Subiaco. The fire was caused by a water leak onto electrical equipment. Luckily no one was hurt but critical building infrastructure was destroyed.
To ensure we can continue to assist you, City of Subiaco customer service is now operating from our new office at Level 2, 388 Hay Street, Subiaco (the Colonnade Building).
Opening hours for Customer Service are from 9am to 4.30pm on weekdays. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please visit our Online Services webpage.
Please note that between 12 September 2022 and Friday 14 April 2023 City of Subiaco Customer Services was temporarily located at 19 Bishop Street, Jolimont.
