Draft Local Planning Policy 1.3 – Sustainable Development
The City of Subiaco invites you to have your say on the draft Local Planning Policy 1.3 – Sustainable Development (LPP 1.3). Draft LPP 1.3 introduces sustainability requirements for new single houses, grouped dwellings and significant alterations/additions.
Proponents can choose a combination from 15 different sustainability measures, depending on their site context and budgets, to satisfy the requirements of the policy.
The policy will assist in delivering the sustainable built form objectives as identified in the City’s Strategic Community Plan, Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme No. 5.

Comments should clearly indicate the name and address of the person making the submission and the policy to which the submission relates.
