Consultation has concluded. Thank you to everyone who provided feedback.

The City of Subiaco is continuously finding ways to improve quality of life. The City conducted a study called the MARKYT Community Scorecard 2021, which commenced on Monday 22 March.

The results will be used to benchmark the City's performance against other local governments and improve our services to the community.

A group of randomly selected residents was contacted and asked to rate local services, facilities and programs. Data collection and analysis was undertaken by CATALYSE, an independent research company.

The scorecard was open to City of Subiaco residents aged 14 years or older. Community members who did not receive an invitation by post or email to take part in the study could participate online. The scorecard generally took 5-10 minutes to complete.

All responses are confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles and CATALYSE reported responses in an aggregate or anonymous form to the City of Subiaco that did not personally identify respondents.

The community scorecard study closed at 5pm on Monday 12 April 2021.
