The City of Subiaco is inviting public comment on a proposal to include No. 80 Bagot Road, Subiaco on the Local Planning Scheme Heritage List.

The City's Heritage List is established under the Local Planning Scheme and comprises a list of places, which are of cultural heritage significance and considered worthy of built heritage conservation.

The heritage assessment has identified the place as being of 'Considerable Significance' (Level 2) within the context of the City of Subiaco. It is Council policy to consider listing places of 'Considerable Significance' on the Heritage List.


Deadline for public comment: Friday 27 August 2021 at 5pm.
